The State Medicinal Plants Board function with the direction of the Board of directors(Executive Committe and General Body). Functioning under the Health & Family Welfare Dept. Government of Tamil Nadu. The Principal Secretary to Government is the Chairman and Commissioner of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy Dept is the Member Secretary / CEO of TNSMPB. Operating the National Ayush Mission Schemes, Through the National Medicinal Plants Board.
